It's Friday, which means no class, which means I spend the morning doing errands around the apartment.  To treat myself today, I decided to make Thai curry puffs.  They ended up taking two hours to prepare, and I wasn't even hungry when they were done, but they were still delightful.

I loosely followed this recipe, using puff pastries instead of making my own dough and baking them instead of deep frying them.  Yum.
